The Alchis Series is a line of digital signal processing systems designed for network communication, so-called industrial remote I/O systems, which will be increasingly required in all fields, including general industries, social systems and power industry.
Taking advantage of the experience we have gained over the past 30 years in our development of isolated signal conditioners and DSP systems, we have pursued trust and assurance (stability), putting what customers are satisfied with as our priority.
We offer a wide range of products to accommodate a diversity of market needs, such as open network communication with more than one manufacturer's instrument, reduction in system introduction and/or running cost, and improvement in ease of maintenance of the system in operation.
The number of setting switches of I/O modules is minimized, resulting in a considerable reduction in the time required for module setup and replacement.
The newly developed block terminal allows card edge type connectors to be inserted or removed with a single touch. It requires no screwing.
The conformal coating is based on the know-how accumulated through the development of signal conditioners. This cannot be compromised.
Lower power generation and consumption are achieved as an entire system by employing state-of-the-art low power consumption devices.
PC-less monitoring and configuration can be done in the field. It is possible to monitor input values or change settings with a single monitoring module. It is also possible to check error information or temporarily save I/O status data.
I/O modules can be not only replaced but also added online. This flexibility enables you to accommodate unexpected changes in the configuration.
Duplexed internal bus communication ensures high reliability. Duplexed power supply, communication, and I/O systems will be supported in the feature.
All the data acquired with the Alchis Series can be managed using data acquisition application software, Alchis Vue, which is specific to the Alchis Series (MRH Series) and is built based on the SCADA engineering tool, PcVue, having a proven track record throughout the world.
The Alchis Vue features a flat UI design and advanced management functions, while still preserving the user-friendliness and customizability of the PcVue,
